Dr Brendan Moore

Dr Brendan Moore assists patients who suffer from persistent pain, providing comprehensive, individualised care. As a Pain Medicine Specialist Physician, Dr Moore has a holistic approach to Pain Management assessing the role of pain related medication, physical therapies, psychological advice and interventional spinal therapies where appropriate including epidural corticosteroid injections, nerve and joint injections and radiofrequency neurotomy ablations.

Dr Moore is a past Dean of the Faculty of Pain Medicine of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists, having been on the Board for the faculty since 2005. He has had extensive input into Faculty policy development in areas of Specialist training and Training Unit Accreditation.

Dr Moore is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Queensland Centre for Integrated Preclinical Drug Development.  Dr Moore is also an honorary Associate Professor for the University of Hong Kong, department of Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine.

Dr Moore continues an active interest in research and education including significant contribution to initiatives in primary care medical education in the field of Pain Medicine.
