Associate Professor Jason Tye-Din is a gastroenterologist with expertise in the management of coeliac disease (including complex and refractory disease), gluten- related disorders, food sensitivities and intolerances, and gastrointestinal immune diseases such as eosinophilic oesophagitis and common variable immunodeficiency. His goal is to improve the health and quality of life of people suffering gastrointestinal diseases, especially those caused by food. He is a medical graduate of the University of Melbourne and heads the Coeliac Research Laboratory at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute.
