Dr Sandrine Roman

Dr Sandrine Roman is a fully qualified Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon. After several years of training as an accredited general surgeon she
subsequently completed Plastic and Reconstructive Surgical training. She is a member of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, ASAPS, ASPS and AMA. During her medical degree she obtained a BSc(Med) for research in Breast and Thyroid Cancer and subsequently completed a PhD in angiogenesis and stem cell therapy during her Plastic Surgical Fellowship.

After obtaining her RACS qualifications in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, she undertook a Fellowship in Aesthetic Facial Surgery in Paris, France and several Cleft and Paediatric Surgery Fellowships in France, United Kingdom and Belgium over two and a half years. She is appointed at both public and private hospitals in Sydney. She is a supervisor of training of accredited plastic surgical training registrars and continues to participate in plastic surgery research.
